If you experience pain, dizziness, illness, injury, or other adverse symptoms, you should discontinue participation and seek medical advice immediately.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to support your progress and success, individual results vary.

Limitless with Laura does not guarantee:

- Weight loss

- Muscle gain

- Performance improvements

- Specific health outcomes

- Any particular result

Success depends on numerous individual factors beyond our control.

6. Payments

All coaching fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make payment may result in:

- Suspension of coaching services

- Removal of access to programmes or coaching platforms

- Cancellation of servicesAll prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalised nature of coaching services, fees are generally non-refundable once coaching has commenced.

Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable Irish consumer protection laws.

If you have concerns regarding your coaching programme, please contact us promptly so we can work towards a resolution.

8. Programme Access

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Limitless with Laura shall not be liable for:

- Loss of earnings

- Indirect losses

- Consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participation in exercise programmes is undertaken at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services where a client:

- Engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour

- Violates these Terms & Conditions

- Fails to make required payments

Clients may cancel future coaching services by providing notice in accordance with the terms of their coaching agreement.

12. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide coaching services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
